About Jill

With 20 years of global business experience in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including several years working for start-ups, Jill found herself ready to create a new path for herself. She wanted to pursue something different — a career that was more aligned with who she is as a person. This has led to a vibrant, meaningful career with a commitment to helping professionals create authentic alignment between person and profession to achieve their best possible life.

A certified coach, speaker, trainer, and facilitator, Jill specializes in career strategy, leadership development, and team development for high performers and high potentials. She’s passionate about working with leaders to propel themselves to reach new heights by digging deeper into their skills, gaps, passions, and challenges.

Jill works with individuals, groups, and teams to help them realize their full potential and achieve personal, career, and organizational goals. Her work extends to professionals and executives in organizations across industries and sectors. Clients include professionals in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America and companies ranging from start-ups to global corporations.

Jill is certified as a Coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, a highly regarded International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Institution. Additionally, Jill has a BA in mathematics and sociology from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is a member of ICF Chicago, where she formerly served on the Credentialing Committee, and ICF Michigan.

In addition to coaching, Jill is also a runner, recreational cyclist and proud Cubs fan. A Cubs season ticket holder, she also attended 2016 Game 7 in 2016 and witnessed the Cubs win the World Series after a 108-year drought.To share her excitement and pride, shortly after they won Jill posed for photos with the ‘W’ flag at sites around Paris, including the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower.
